2. Hosting and processors
This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent) is processed in a server log file. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation and defence against attacks).

A data processing agreement is in place with Hetzner Online GmbH. Servers are located exclusively in Germany (Frankfurt am Main and Nuremberg). Transfers of personal data to the EEA are based on the UK adequacy decision for the European Union (UK Adequacy Regulations 2021). Log files are deleted automatically after at most 14 days.
3. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party services
This website sets no tracking cookies, uses no analytics tool (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Plausible) and embeds no third-party resources that would transfer personal data. Strictly necessary session cookies are set only when you submit a form, and only for the duration of the session.
4. No Google Fonts via CDN
Fonts are served from our own servers. No integration of Google Fonts or other font CDN services takes place. Your IP address is not transferred to Google or comparable providers when fonts load.
5. Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, company, industry, message) is used solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (responding to general enquiries).
Your details are not shared with third parties and not used for marketing purposes.
6. Retention periods
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose:
- Server log files: maximum 14 days
- Contact enquiries without subsequent project: maximum 6 months
- Contract data from active projects: until end of contract plus statutory retention periods under UK law
7. Your rights as a data subject
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right at any time to:
- Access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 UK GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 UK GDPR)

9. AI-assisted processing in client projects
Where we use AI models (for example Claude by Anthropic or European models) to process personal data within a client project, this is based on a separate data processing agreement with the relevant provider. Details and the chosen models are documented in the respective project agreement. No AI-assisted processing of your data takes place on this website itself.
10. Changes to this Privacy Notice
We update this Privacy Notice when the legal situation or the technical implementation changes. The current version is always available on this page.
